Privacy notice
This notice explains, in plain terms, what EnrolPath does with the details you give us. It reflects the spirit of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
Only what you enter in an enquiry: your name, WhatsApp number, an optional email, and the details of your enquiry (your shortlist, your child's age or year group, target intake, budget comfort band, preferred areas, and language preference).
Information about children
An enquiry usually includes information about a child: their age or year group, and sometimes their learning needs. Please share only what a school genuinely needs in order to answer you. We do not ask for a child's name, and we ask you not to send documents or photographs of a child through this site.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and help you compare schools. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with any school unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
If you ask us to contact a school on your behalf, we pass your enquiry to that school so it can reply to you, and only to the schools you name. Nothing is sent to any school without your say-so. We do not sell your details or pass them to advertisers. Live onward sending is currently switched off, so at the moment nothing leaves EnrolPath at all.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months so we can answer follow-up questions and show what was agreed and when, then delete it. Ask us sooner and we will delete it sooner.
Your consent and control
We record the exact wording you agreed to and when. You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your details at any time.
Access, correction and removal
Write to hello@enrolpath.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 14 days. This notice reflects the spirit of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
